The Team & Vision
Under the guidance of owner Heather and head chef Noah, our café serves as more than a coffee shop; it is a heart-centered community space. They are dedicated to a personal, attentive style of service, where every visitor is greeted like a neighbor to ensure that everyone feels truly at home within our welcoming atmosphere.
Our Story
Opened in late 2025 by Noah and his mother, Café Bloom is a family-run gathering spot in Villa Rica’s historic Hixtown Brewing building. Noah leads the kitchen, serving freshly baked goods and elevated comfort food made from scratch. The café emphasizes a welcoming, "stay a while" atmosphere for the local community.
